Dear Cal Ripken Baseball and Babe Ruth Baseball Membership:
USA Baseball informed youth organizations, including Babe Ruth League, Inc., that effective immediately and until further notice, the bat identified as the Easton Ghost X YBB18GX10 30/20 2 5/8" (or the "Easton Ghost X 30/20 5/8" at retail) has been decertified by USA Baseball and is no longer an approved bat under the USABat Standard.

There are three divisions of Babe Ruth League in New Hampshire
13-18 Baseball which is divided into 13-15 Baseball and 16-18 or Senior Babe Ruth (SBR) Baseball
Cal Ripken offers baseball for players ages 4 through 12, and
Softball for ages 4 through 18
Each division is headed up by a state commissioner. Leagues have established boundaries from which they can draw players and these boundaries are not the same across the divisions
13-18 State Tournament Information
State tournaments for 13-18 baseball will be held July 6, 2019 through July 14, 2019.
Schedules and locations have not been finalized. When they are, you can view them here.
1. Allowed number of coaches
a) One (1) manager and three (3) coaches per team are allowed for Local League Competition and Tournament Competition provided such managers and coaches meet all Coaching Education and Background Check requirements.
b) For tournament play - should a team advance to a World Series, the 3rd coach will be responsible for their own travel and lodging.

3. Tournament Pitching Rules
No pitcher shall appear in a game as a pitcher for three consecutive days/games regardless of the pitch count.
4. Pitch Count - FORFEITED GAME:
a) Local League Play - If the local league has elected to use a pitch count for local league play, regardless if a game was forfeited before it became a regulation game or after it became a regulation game, all pitches will count towards the pitch count.
b) Tournament Play (Pitch Count) - If a game was forfeited before it became a regulation game or after it became a regulation game, all pitches will count towards the pitch count.
5. Coaches Uniforms – Tournament Competition
If coaches wear pullovers jackets, they must have the Babe Ruth Baseball approved shoulder emblem on the sleeve or chest. No numbers are required on the back of the pullovers
Cal Ripken Baseball Division - All non-wood bats must have USABat Marking. Barrel Maximum 2 5/8". No BBCOR Bats are permitted in the Cal Ripken Division. For T-Ball, bats must be marked with USABat T-Ball Stamp.
Babe Ruth 13-15 Division - All non-wood bats must have the USABat Marking or marked BBCOR .50. Bat Barrel - 2 5/8".
Babe Ruth 16-18 Division - All non-wood bats must be BBCOR .50 and no greater than -3. Bat Barrel - 2 5/8".
